Ramous Cycles (India)

Ramous Cycles (India) is located on Plots 91, 92, and 93 in the Industrial Area-A Extension. It’s a fairly large space because cycles take up a lot of room. When you walk in, you’ll see rows of frames and wheels waiting to be put together. It’s definitely an industrial setting, with the smell of metal and rubber always in the air. We’ve been operating out of this extension for years, and we’ve grown to use every bit of the three plots we have. It’s a noisy place with the sounds of assembly and people shouting over the din to be heard. We don't have a fancy showroom or a quiet waiting area for customers. If you come to see us, you’re seeing the heart of the workshop. We spend our days making sure every bicycle is put together right. It’s a lot of manual labor and getting our hands dirty, but that’s how we like it. The Industrial Area-A is a tough place to work sometimes, especially in the heat, but there’s a good sense of community among the businesses here. We aren't interested in making things look more polished than they actually are. We just want to build bikes that people can use for years to come. It’s a practical business run by people who know their way around a wrench and a welding torch, and we’re happy to keep it that way for as long as possible.
