We have been here at Gandhi Nagar 4th Cross for quite some time now. It’s a busy little corner of Raghavendra Layout, right down H T Lane. If you know where Division No. 3 is, you can find us pretty easily. The street gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, but that is just how it is around here. Rajiv Kalra started this because there was a need for someone local who actually knows the neighbors. Most people who stop by are from the nearby blocks. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get the work done. Sometimes the door sticks when it rains, and we keep meaning to fix it, but there is always something else to do. We usually have the radio on in the background, playing whatever is popular that week. It’s not very quiet, but it’s friendly. People often just drop in to ask a quick question while they are out doing their shopping. We like being part of the 141008 area because everything is close by. You don’t need to drive far for a good cup of tea or to get some supplies. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal human beings. There aren't many complicated forms to fill out here. We just listen to what you need and see how we can help out. It's a straightforward way of doing things for everyone involved.
