Pre-School Training

Our training center is tucked away on Chak Srai Road in Ludhiana. It is not a very large place, but it serves its purpose for the people who come here to learn about early childhood education. Most of our students are young women looking to start a career in teaching. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and tables where we go over the basics of how to manage a classroom of small children. It is more about practical skills than just reading from books. You will often see people practicing how to tell stories or how to organize a play area. Chak Srai Road can be a bit quiet compared to the main parts of Ludhiana, which is nice for focusing on the work. We keep a lot of supplies around, like chart paper, glue, and scissors, because we do a lot of hands-on activities. The air in the rooms can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have fans going all day. There is not a big sign out front, so you have to look for the address specifically. We spend our days talking about child psychology and lesson planning. It is a straightforward environment without any frills. The people who come here are usually very motivated to get their certification and find work in one of the local schools. We have been in this 141001 area for a while and have seen many people go through the program and find good jobs elsewhere in the city.
