Parhar Associates

We're located at H.L. 1 in the Punjab Housing Board Colony on Chandigarh Road. Parhar Associates is a small setup we run right here in the colony. It’s convenient because we’re right where the houses are. Most of what we do involves helping people buy or sell their homes in this specific area. Chandigarh Road is always busy, but inside the colony, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't some big-city agency with dozens of agents. It’s just us. We know the neighbors and we know which houses have been maintained well over the years. We spend a lot of our time just chatting with folks who are thinking about moving. We don't use any slick marketing tricks or anything like that. We just tell people the facts about the property and what the current market is like. Sometimes the paperwork for the housing board can be a bit of a pain, but we’ve done it enough times to know the way through it. It’s a simple business. We show a house, talk about the price, and help with the documents if everyone is happy. We like working where we live. It makes things easier for everyone. If you’re walking by the Housing Board Colony, you’ll probably see us out and about or sitting in the office with the door open.
