Panesar-Tex Engineering Corporation

We have been operating Panesar-Tex Engineering Corporation out of Industrial Area A for a long time now. It’s a busy part of Sarvoday Nagar, especially during the day when all the trucks are moving through. Our workshop at 393 Nahur Road is where most of the work happens. It’s loud in there with the machines running, but that is just part of the job. I remember when we first set up shop here, the roads were much narrower. Now there is traffic all day long. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby. Most of us spend the day in overalls, covered in a bit of oil or dust from the metal work. We fix a lot of different engineering parts. People bring in broken pieces and we try to get them working again. It’s not always fast because you can’t rush this kind of work. If you don't get the measurements right, the whole thing is useless. We just stay focused and get through the pile of orders we have. My father started this place years ago, and we just keep it going the same way he did. We have some old lathes that work better than the newer ones sometimes. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the big rusted gate on Nahur Road. It’s nothing special to look at, but we get the work done. Sometimes we sit outside and have tea when the machines are cooling down.
