Nishant Sabharwal is located at 328, Phase-1 in the Urban Estate area of Dugri, Ludhiana. If you know Ludhiana, you know how busy the streets can get, especially around the Phase-1 sections. Our spot is right in the middle of all that activity. It’s a practical space. We don't have a lot of extra room for stuff that doesn't matter. The building has been around for a while, and it shows its age in some spots, but it’s sturdy. We spend most of our hours inside here, dealing with whatever needs to be handled that day. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down a little bit so we can actually hear ourselves think. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. It’s just a workspace where things happen. The light in the afternoon comes through the windows in a way that makes it really bright, so we usually have to pull the curtains. We've got a few old files piled up in the corner that we keep meaning to sort through, but there’s always a new task that takes priority. People stop by once in a while just to say hello or ask for directions because the numbering in Urban Estate can be a bit confusing if you’re new. We just do our work and head home when the sun goes down.
