We operate out of unit 622 in Industrial Area-B. It’s a no-nonsense part of town where people come to work and nothing else. Our building is a simple brick structure that’s been here for decades. We do a lot of manufacturing work, mostly small parts and components. There’s always the sound of metal stamping or grinding in the background. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We all wear work clothes that can get stained without anyone caring. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor so we can hear ourselves speak when the machines are running. We have a small team of local workers who have been with us since we started. There’s no HR department or fancy titles here; we just do what needs to be done. Some days are spent managing the logistics of getting parts out to customers, while other days we’re all on the floor helping with a big order. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator. We’ve learned to be flexible over the years. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s just a basic factory setup where we try to do a decent job every day. We don't have anything to prove, we just stay busy with our orders.
