So this is the Naukri.Com office over here in Sbs Nagar, Ludhiana. Most people know the name from the internet, but we are just a small team working locally in this part of town. It’s a bit of a noisy area sometimes with all the traffic outside, but we manage to get through the day. We spend most of our time talking to folks looking for work around Ludhiana and the surrounding spots. It's not like the big corporate headquarters you see in movies. It’s just a regular office with desks, some old computers, and a lot of paper. We started here because Sbs Nagar is easy for people to find. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. It's a simple life. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just look at who is hiring and who needs a job. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, to be honest. But it’s home for us during the day. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go through these doors. Some are happy, some are stressed. We try to just be regular people helping out. It’s nothing more than that. If you are walking around Sbs Nagar, you might pass us and not even realize it’s the big job site people talk about. We like the local feel here and it seems to work out for everyone involved.
