Placement Services

Our office, Placement Services, is located on Street Number 4 in New Hargobind Nagar, Ludhiana. The address is 6465/2 if you’re looking for it on the map. We’ve been here in Ludhiana for years, helping people find work and helping businesses find staff. It’s a busy city, and our little street can get quite crowded during the day. We don't have a big fancy office with glass doors. It’s a simple room with some chairs and a few computers where we sit and talk to folks. People come in looking for jobs, and we do what we can to point them in the right direction based on what we know. It’s not a complicated process, but it takes time to listen to everyone. Sometimes the tea boy from next door comes by, and we take a quick break, but mostly we are working through resumes and job listings. We know the local industries around here pretty well. We aren’t a big national chain, just a local spot that knows the people in this neighborhood. We don’t use any special software to pick candidates; we just talk to them and see where they might fit. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s how we like to do things. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done and that’s what matters to us and the people who visit.
