Muskaan Engineers

In the middle of Industrial Area A, specifically over in Miller Ganj at number 423, you’ll find Muskaan Engineers. This is a tough part of town, full of workshops and the sound of hammers hitting metal all day long. We fit right in with that. Our workshop is a place where things actually get made. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs; it’s mostly just lathes, welding machines, and a lot of steel scraps on the floor. The air always smells like burnt metal and cooling oil. We’ve been at this for a long time, working with our hands. People bring us parts that need fixing or they want something built from a drawing. We just get to it. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down and we have to stay late to get it running again. Miller Ganj is a busy place, and there’s always someone looking for a bit of engineering help. We don't do much talking; we just do the work. The coffee here is usually cold by the time we get to drink it, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We know the machines better than we know our own neighbors sometimes. It’s a gritty, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it right here at 423 for as long as I can remember. The floor is stained with oil, but that shows we are working.
