Munish Electronics

Down in Naranpura, specifically at Dugri Swaminarayan Avenue, is where you’ll find Munish Electronics. We’ve been set up here for a few years now. The shop is full of all sorts of things, from wires and plugs to bigger stuff like televisions and fans. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. You never know when someone’s mixer-grinder is going to give up or when they’ll need a new set of batteries for a remote. I spend a lot of my day behind the counter or checking the inventory that just arrived. Naranpura is a good spot, plenty of people moving about. We aren't trying to be one of those giant showrooms you see in the city center. This is just a local shop where you can ask questions about why your iron isn't heating up properly. Sometimes we do repairs right here if it’s something simple. The shelves are packed and maybe a bit dusty in the corners, but we know where everything is. It’s honest work, helping people get their home appliances sorted out. My nephew helps out in the afternoons when it gets busy. We see a lot of regular families from the avenue coming in. It’s nice to be part of the neighborhood. We don’t do fancy ads, we just keep the doors open and help whoever walks in with a broken wire or a burnt-out bulb.
