Mona Export

Mona Export is a small operation we run out of Street No. 2 in Gopal Nagar. Haibowal is a lively neighborhood, and being tucked away in one of the streets means we know all our neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s not a massive factory or anything, just a practical space where we get our export work done. We handle things like packing and checking the quality of what we send out every week. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow for the bigger vans, but we make it work by being careful. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of long lists. We don’t have a fancy reception or anyone sitting in a suit. Most days, it’s just us in the back working through the orders. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones where things didn't go exactly as planned. If a shipment is late, we just have to sit and wait or make a dozen calls to find out why it’s stuck. It’s just the way it goes. We like being in Gopal Nagar because it’s where we started and we know the area well. The office is a bit messy with samples and boxes piled up, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. People mostly know us through word of mouth or seeing us around the neighborhood. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the business going for as long as we can. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
