We are located at 46-A, Pink Park, which is on Barewal Road in Ludhiana. Punjab is known for its industry, and we are right in the thick of it here. Metro Exporters is basically a place where we manage a lot of goods going out to different places. The Pink Park area is quite busy, and you can always hear the traffic on Barewal Road. Our office is functional. We have desks, some old computers, and a lot of samples sitting on the shelves. Ludhiana gets very cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, so we are always adjusting the heaters or the coolers. It is a straightforward business. We talk to suppliers, check the quality of the items, and then figure out the best way to ship them. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or there is a problem with the trucks, and that is when it gets stressful. But usually, it is just a steady stream of work. We do not use fancy language or have big meetings about goals. We just look at the orders and get them filled. The 141002 area is a good spot for us. There are plenty of other businesses nearby, so we never feel isolated. It is just a group of us trying to keep the export business running smoothly without any unnecessary drama. We do what we have to do.
