Manoj Nishant & Associates

Our place, Manoj Nishant & Associates, is located at 441 Industrial Area B on Overlock Road. We are right by Channa Market, which is a very busy spot for everyone around here. Being in the industrial area means there is always a lot of heavy lifting and noise going on around us throughout the day. Our office fits right in with that. It’s a functional space where we handle all the associate work. It’s not polished or fancy. The floor is concrete and the desks are sturdy because they have to be. We have a lot of files because we’ve been doing this for quite some time now. The market is great for getting things we need quickly, but it also means there’s never a truly quiet moment during the day. We don't mind it much. We are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the people who work here. A few of us work here together, and we mostly just focus on getting the daily tasks done. We don't have any marketing brochures or big presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come in and ask us directly. We prefer it that way. It keeps things honest and simple. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just part of life here. We just keep plugging away at the work and don't make a big fuss.
