Manmohan Singh

So, this is basically just me and my setup here in Village Shahpur. It’s a quiet place near Payal, out in Ludhiana district. Most people around here know us because it’s a small community. I’ve been working under the name Manmohan Singh for quite some time now. It’s not some big corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just how things are done in our part of the world. The post office in Payal is where all our mail goes, and honestly, the local guys there are pretty helpful. Life in the village is different from the city. We start early when the sun comes up. My work involves a lot of back and forth with local people and sometimes folks from further away in Ludhiana. I didn't see the point in having a fancy brand name when my own name works just fine. People know who to talk to if there’s a problem. Our pin code is 141416, in case you’re wondering where exactly we are on the map. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the harvest or when the rain is heavy, but we keep at it. There aren't many bells and whistles here. Just a desk, a phone, and a lot of ground to cover every day. We just try to be honest about what we can do and keep moving forward with the work at hand.
