Manku Engineering Works

Manku Engineering Works is located at Office No-2 on Gandhi Road. It’s a straightforward place in a row of other small offices and shops. Gandhi Road is always moving, with bikes and cars honking and people rushing by to get to their own jobs. Our office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do engineering work, which involves a lot of technical drawings and talking to contractors over the phone. The light in the office is a bit dim, but we have some desk lamps that help us see the fine details of the plans. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door so people know they’ve found the right number. It’s a very plain environment, with no decorations on the walls except for maybe a map of the local area. We’ve been operating out of Office No-2 for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of engineering projects. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small engineering outfit trying to stay on top of our workload. People come in to drop off blueprints or pick up finished documents, and we just keep the coffee pot going to stay awake during the long afternoons. It is a quiet place to work despite the noise from Gandhi Road.
