Malwa Industries Limited

At 1119D Model Town Extension in Ludhiana, we have another office for Malwa Industries Limited. This one is a bit different from our factory locations because it handles more of the administrative and management side of the business. Model Town is a nicer part of Ludhiana, so it’s a bit quieter here than at the mills or the workshops. We spend our time here going over accounts, talking to suppliers on the phone, and planning out the weeks ahead. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is not a place where we try to impress anyone with expensive art or fancy carpets. We just need a space to think and get the paperwork sorted. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to be formal with each other. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Ludhiana is such a huge place for industry that you need a central spot like this to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a little stressful when there are problems at one of the units, but we just sit down and figure it out together. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just want to make sure the business stays healthy and the employees get paid on time. It is straightforward work for people who value results.
