Makino Machine Tools (I) Pvt. Ltd. is located at No-11 in the EPIP zone of Whitefield, right near ITPL. Whitefield is a very busy area these days with all the big tech companies around, but our work is much more hands-on. We deal with machine tools, so our space is filled with heavy equipment and metal parts. It is a large building, but we have so many tools and spare parts that it often feels a bit crowded. We spend most of our time helping people with their machinery needs, whether it is a new tool or a replacement part for an old one. The EPIP zone is a bit more organized than other industrial areas, but the traffic to get here can be a nightmare. We have a dedicated team that knows these machines inside and out. It isn't a flashy business; it’s mostly about understanding how things work and helping our customers keep their own factories running. We don't have a big corporate feel despite being in such a modern location. Our focus is just on the tools and the people who use them. Sometimes things get busy and we are rushing to ship parts out, and other times it’s a bit quieter and we can catch up on inventory. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay helpful to the people who rely on us.
