Linetech Ideas is based in the Dhyan Singh Complex over in Model Town. We are at B-6, which is pretty close to the main bus stand area. It’s a handy location, though parking can be a real headache sometimes during the middle of the day. The complex is an older building, so our office has that specific smell of old paper and dust. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of cords running across the floor. It’s a simple setup. We spend our days staring at screens or sketching out thoughts on whatever scrap of paper is handy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Ludhiana. We just like having a space where we can think and get things done. Model Town is a lively part of the city, so there is always somewhere to grab a quick bite when we've been working too long. We don't have a corporate handbook or a dress code. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and we end up ordering food from the place downstairs. It’s just a normal office with normal people who enjoy coming up with new ways to solve problems. We don't have a fancy lobby, just a door that stays open most of the time.
