We don't use any fancy corporate talk or slogans. We just talk about the materials we need or the schedules we have to meet. The office isn't much to look at, but it serves its purpose well. We have a small tea area in the corner where we take breaks. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and workers pretty well. It’s a tough, busy environment, but that is just the way it is in Ludhiana. We don't need any bells and whistles to get the work finished.
