We've been at A. T. I. Road 1621 for quite some time now, handling all sorts of transformer work. It’s a busy spot. Gtb Transformers is exactly what it sounds like. We spend our days fixing things up and making sure the equipment is running right. People around here know where to find us if they have a power issue. It isn’t fancy. We have tools everywhere and oil on our hands most days. Sometimes it gets loud when we are testing units, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big office, just the workshop floor where the real work happens. If you walk down the road, you’ll see our sign. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. It’s just about getting the gear back in order. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big unit comes in for an overhaul. We check the coils, the wiring, and the casings. It’s steady work. Nothing more to it than that. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of our regulars are local guys who need their stuff fixed fast so they can get back to their own projects. We understand that. We keep the doors open and the lights on, literally. That’s just how things go at Gtb Transformers. We are here every morning, ready to pull things apart and put them back together again. The shelves are full of wire spools that have been there for years. We know where everything is, even if it looks messy. It’s a practical space for work.
