Kim Computer Gallery

You can find Kim Computer Gallery over at 44 A on Rani Jhansi Road. The name says gallery, but we are really just a straightforward computer shop. We’ve got some displays set up in the front so people can see what’s available, but the real work happens in the back room. The road outside stays pretty busy during the day, so there is always something to look at through the window. We started out small and haven’t changed much about how we do things over the years. We sell some parts and do a lot of repairs on the side. If your computer is making a weird noise or the screen is cracked, that’s the kind of thing we deal with every day. The shop has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There might be a few boxes stacked in the corner and the desk is usually covered in tools. We don't see the point in making it look like a showroom when we are actually working in here. It’s just a normal place where we try to get things back in working order. People stop by because they know we are here and we don’t overcomplicate things. We don't have any big sales pitches. If we can fix it, we will. If it’s not worth the money, we’ll tell you that too. It’s just how we like to run things at 44 A. It is a honest way to earn a living.
