Khalsa Academy Computer Service

Khalsa Academy Computer Service is situated in Ludhiana at Basti Jodhewal. We have shops 11, 12, and 13 on the second floor of the building. Being near the Vishkarma Dharamshala helps people find us in this busy part of the city. We spend our days going up and down those stairs. We have several computers set up for people to use, though they aren't the newest models anymore. Most of our work involves teaching the basics and helping people with their technical issues. It’s a very hands-on and practical environment. We don’t have air conditioning, so we rely on some big ceiling fans to keep the place cool during the hot Ludhiana summers. We’ve gotten to know all the other people working on the same floor. It’s a friendly and informal atmosphere. We don't spend money on fancy ads; word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We maintain the computers ourselves, which takes up a lot of our time. Sometimes the power cuts out, and we just have to wait it out. It’s just part of the everyday routine here. We’ve been in this location for a long time and feel like we are part of the community. We keep things simple and focus on the work.
