We are set up over on Jail Road in Ludhiana, specifically near Rudra Square by Judges Bunglow Road 6. It’s a small space filled with cables, old monitors, and various computer parts scattered on the workbenches. Most of the day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a laptop won't turn on. People bring in their machines when they start running slow or if they’ve picked up some kind of virus. We do our best to fix things without charging an arm and a leg. It’s not a fancy tech center; it’s just a place where we sit and work on hardware and software problems. Sometimes the repairs are quick and other times we have to wait for a specific part to arrive, which can take a few days. We also help folks who need a new setup or just some basic software installed. The shop gets a bit cluttered with all the boxes and spare wires, but we know where everything is. Ludhiana is a busy place and there’s always someone with a broken computer or a printer that isn’t working right. We just take them one by one as they come in. It’s practical work and we enjoy seeing a machine start working again after it seemed completely dead. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know computers well.
