Khurana Associates is located at 107 Kochar Market Road, which is a pretty active part of the Green Field area. If you know this road, you know how it gets during the day with all the shops and people moving about. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a while now. It’s a basic office where we deal with property matters for the locals. Most days involve answering the phone or talking to people who stop in while they are doing their shopping at the market. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the Green Field streets really well. When someone is looking to move or sell a plot, they usually come by because they’ve seen our sign while driving past. The market road is always humming with noise, and that's just the vibe of the place. We try to keep our paperwork in order and just give people the facts about what is available. There is no need for big talk when you are just trying to find a decent house or a shop space for someone. We have seen many families move in and out of the houses around here over the years. It feels good to be a part of the local community on Kochar Market Road. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It is honest work and we like it. The market is always changing but we stay the same.
