H. P. Engineering Works

At H. P. Engineering Works, we do a lot of metal and repair work. Our shop is at No. 4171 on Street No. 5. It’s in the Simlapuri area, specifically on Maya Soap Street near Gill Road. It’s an industrial kind of neighborhood. There is always the sound of hammers or welding going on. We handle different types of engineering jobs that people bring to us. It’s messy work, and our hands are usually covered in grease by the end of the day. We aren't a corporate firm. We are just a group of guys who know how to fix and build things. The shop has been here for a good while. We’ve seen the street change over the years. Maya Soap Street is a busy place with lots of small businesses like ours. We don't have any big brochures or fancy talk. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought, but that’s how it goes with old machinery. We stay until the job is finished. It’s how we’ve always operated. The floor is stained with oil and there are metal shavings everywhere, but that's just part of an engineering shop. We take pride in being able to solve problems that other people can't. It’s hard work, but we like it. We have a lot of regular customers who come back whenever something breaks or needs a quick fix.
