Gurmail Foundary & Machinery Works

Our workshop is over in Vishwkarma Town, tucked away on Street Number 4. If you’re looking for 2650/6, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a foundry, so it’s always hot in here, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the metal roof. We spend most of our days around the machinery and the furnace. It’s heavy work, and it’s definitely not a clean job. There’s soot and metal scraps around, but we try to keep the main floor clear so nobody trips. We’ve been running this place for years. It started small and stayed pretty much the same size, which suits us just fine. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s always the sound of hammers or grinding coming from somewhere down the street. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. You won’t find any fancy brochures here. We just write things down in a ledger and get on with the casting and machining. Sometimes customers come in with a part that’s broken, and we see what we can do to replicate it. It’s a lot of manual labor. The street outside gets cramped with trucks loading and unloading, but everyone manages to get by. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do. The floor is cracked in places and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but the machines run well and the work gets done eventually.
