G N Electric Trading Co is located right on Chandigarh road. We have been here for a while now, just near Satsang Road. People usually find us easily because of the big sign out front. Inside, it is mostly boxes of switches, wires, and fans stacked up. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we try to keep it clean. It is a busy spot. Most of our days go by talking to electricians who come in for their daily supplies or locals looking for a bulb. We started with just a few things on the shelves. Now, there is barely enough space to walk between the aisles. My brother and I manage the counter. It gets loud with the traffic outside. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a practical place where you get what you need for your house wiring. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the side path, which makes the neighbors a bit annoyed, but that is just how it goes here. We have everything from simple plugs to the heavy-duty wires. Most people around here know us by name. It is not a corporate setup at all. We sit on plastic chairs and drink tea while waiting for the next person to walk in. The building is a bit old, but it stays cool in the summer. We just keep doing our work every day. It is not about being the biggest, just about having the right parts when someone needs them.
