We are based over at 7107, New Vishkarma Nagar, which is near Focal Point in Ludhiana. The name is Council Of Computer Education Research And Training. It sounds very official, but we are just regular people teaching computer skills. Focal Point is an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. We have our computers set up and we spend our time showing people how to use them. Whether it’s basic stuff or something more technical, we just take it one step at a time. The building is simple and we try to keep the equipment running well. 141010 is the zip code if you're mailing anything. It’s not a high-tech lab with flashing lights; it’s just a practical space for learning. We get people from all walks of life. Some are young and quick, others are older and taking their time. It doesn't matter much to us. We just want them to leave knowing more than they did when they walked in. The air can be a bit dusty from the industrial zone nearby, but we keep the fans going. We keep a few spare chairs in the corner for when it gets really busy during the lunch hour. It’s a bit cramped then, but we make it work. It’s a steady job. We don't do big ads or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby. It’s just us doing our thing in Ludhiana.
