British Computers

British Computers is tucked away in Model Town, at 188 2. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of homes and small shops. We have been handling computer stuff here for a good while. It’s the kind of place where there is always a bit of dust on the shelves because of the road outside, and there’s usually a stack of monitors or old keyboards in the corner waiting to be sorted. We deal with all sorts of tech problems. Sometimes it’s a broken screen, and other times the whole machine just won't start. It’s not a high-tech lab with white floors. It’s a working shop. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to find the right cables for people. People from around Model Town drop by when their laptops are acting up or they need a quick fix. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, working through the pile of repairs we have for the day. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a part takes too long to arrive, and we just have to deal with it. It’s honest work. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. You can usually hear the sound of the street while we work. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things running for our neighbors who rely on their computers for school or their daily jobs.
