Bawa Computer

Bawa Computer is located at House 1616 on Street Number 2. We're right across from Mahajan Plywood, which is the easiest way to find us if you're coming down Tajpur Road for the first time. Vishwakarma Nagar is a busy area, lots of shops and houses all mixed together in a bit of a maze. I started this in a small room at the back and it eventually grew into the space we have now. It’s mostly me and my brother working on machines all day. We see a lot of broken screens, keyboard spills, and slow laptops every single day. People bring in their computers when they stop working, and we try to figure out what's wrong with them. It's a lot of sitting at a workbench with small screwdrivers and a magnifying glass. The street outside is always noisy with scooters, rickshaws, and people walking by. Sometimes it’s hard to concentrate, but you get used to it after a while. We keep a few common spare parts on the shelves, but we often have to order the specialized stuff from the bigger distributors. Tajpur Road is always crowded, so getting deliveries can be a bit of a hassle in the afternoons. We don't have any big corporate backing or a fancy storefront. It’s just a local shop. I spend a lot of time explaining to people why their hardware is acting up. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town. We just want to fix things so people can get back to their work.
