Our little office is located in Vill Chunni Khurd, which is a quiet spot near Bassi Pathana. We started this place because we saw a lot of kids from the village wanting to go abroad but not knowing where to start. It’s not like those big city offices with glass walls and uniforms. Here, we just have a few chairs and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, so we have to wait it out. We spend most of our time looking at college websites and helping people fill out their immigration forms without making mistakes. It’s a lot of reading. The street outside is usually calm, maybe a tractor goes by now and then. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name. It makes the work feel more personal. We often have parents sitting with us for an hour just to understand how the visa process works. We don't rush anyone. We usually have some biscuits and tea ready for whoever stops by. The office stays open until late evening most days. It’s a simple life here in the village, but the work we do feels important to the families around us. We’ve had to learn all the rules about different countries ourselves. It’s a bit of a trek for people from the main town, but they find us eventually. We are just here doing our job and trying to help out.
