Our office is right in the middle of Ludhiana at Feroze Gandhi Market. We are on the first floor of Sco 37, just above the Orra Diamond showroom. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. We have been in this spot for some time now. We help people who want to continue their education, usually looking at schools abroad. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking through thick catalogs of colleges. The office gets a bit crowded during the peak admission seasons. We have chairs for people to wait, but sometimes it’s standing room only. We don’t have a corporate headquarters feel; it’s more like a busy local workshop for paperwork. People from all over the city come here. We know the guards and the other shop owners in the building. It’s a community. Sometimes the lift is out of order, so we take the stairs. We spend most of our day talking to students and their parents about their futures. It’s serious work but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. If you are looking for Orra, you have already found us. Just head upstairs. We aren't big on fancy speeches, we just do the work that comes across the desk every day. The tea man comes by at 4 PM every day without fail and we always take a break.
