Our office is located in the Aroma Business Centre on Chandigarh Road, specifically Sco-02. It is right across from the Axis Bank in Mundian Kalan, which is a pretty busy stretch of road most days. Acentria Overseas is a small setup where we spend a lot of time on the phones and computers handling various overseas matters. It’s not like those giant corporate headquarters you see in movies; it’s a functional space with desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office clutter. The traffic outside on Chandigarh Road can be a bit loud, especially during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with a lot of paperwork and logistics, trying to keep everything moving smoothly for the people we work with. It gets a bit hectic when multiple deadlines hit at once, and the coffee machine is probably the most important thing in the room. We don’t have a massive staff, just a group of people trying to do their jobs well and keep the business running from this corner of Ludhiana. Some days are slow and quiet, while others feel like a race against the clock. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the details of the overseas trade and try not to get too bogged down in the small stuff. It’s just us working out of a standard business center unit, dealing with whatever the day brings to our desks.
