B. K. Engineering Works

We are located at C-32/2 in Phase-2 of Focal Point. B. K. Engineering Works is a name that’s been around this industrial patch for quite a while. Our shop isn't the biggest, but we use every inch of the space we have. There’s always a bit of oil on the floor and the sound of machines running in the background. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. If you want to talk to us, you’ll probably find us near one of the lathes or the forging presses. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Most of us here have been working with machines since we were young. We’ve seen Focal Point change a lot, with new businesses coming and going, but we’ve managed to stay right here. It’s about being consistent. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the night getting them back up, but that’s just part of the trade. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do engineering work. The tea boy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk about the local news or the weather. Then it’s back to the metal. It’s a simple way of living, but it works for us. We just try to get the dimensions right and keep the same people coming back to us without making a fuss.
