Our office is right near the New Krishna Mandir in Model Town Extension II. If you know Ludhiana, you know this part of town gets quite lively during the day. We are located at 92-A. Axind Softwares has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us and we feel quite comfortable here. Most of the people working here live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to some other cities. We spend the day working on computers, dealing with software issues and development. It’s honest work, even if it’s all digital. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at the front. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in when they knock. There’s always the sound of traffic from the main road nearby, which we've just gotten used to. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when hunger hits in the late afternoon. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we try to match that energy in our own small way. We have some regular clients who have been with us since we first started. It’s nice to have those long-term connections. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure our software works. It’s a simple setup at 141002. We like it this way.
