Our place is at House No 400/1 on Rani Jhansi Road in Civil Lines. We are right next to Keshav Sweets, which is both a good and a bad thing because the smell of fresh sweets is always wafting into our office. It’s a nice area of Ludhiana to be in, and the 141001 address is quite convenient. Ashish Agarwal & Company is a small team, and we’ve made this house our base of operations. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building; it feels more like a home, which we like. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or formal ways of doing things. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. We’ve been on Rani Jhansi Road for some time, and we’ve seen the shops around us change, but we stay pretty much the same. We focus on our work and try not to get distract by the busy street outside. When someone comes in, they usually mention how easy it was to find us because of the sweet shop. We aren't looking to grow into some huge firm; we are happy with the size we are and the work we do.
