Our office is located at number 34 on the semi ground floor of Sant Tower. It’s right on Kesar Ganj Road, which is always packed with people and traffic. Being on the semi ground floor means we get a bit of dust from the street, but it’s easy for folks to find us. We handle a lot of different trading goods here. The space is a bit cramped because we have stacks of ledgers and samples everywhere. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. It’s a lot of back and forth on prices and delivery dates. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us in this small room getting through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes the light in the back flickers and we forget to change the bulb for a week. That’s just how we operate. We’ve been on Kesar Ganj Road for a long time, and we’ve seen shops come and go while we’re still here at Sant Tower. It’s a busy life, but it suits us. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire; we just want to keep the trading going smoothly. It’s a simple business run by people who know the trade inside and out. We take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
