Shri Krishna Hardware Store

Our shop is right on Daba Road in Shimlapuri. There's usually something leaning against the wall or stacked in a corner. We carry the usual stuff you’d expect from a hardware store, like nails, hammers, pipe fittings, and buckets. Early in the morning, a lot of builders from around the area come by to grab what they need for the day's work. Bags of cement and plaster can make it a bit dusty, but that's just part of the job. Most of the people who walk through the door are known to us by their first names. If you are looking for a specific size of screw or a certain kind of wrench, we can usually find it in the back room. The inventory gets a little messy sometimes, yet we know where everything is kept. Traffic on Daba Road can be a nightmare in the afternoons, though people still manage to pull over. We’ve been here for a good bit now. Big advertisements aren't really our thing. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We just want to make sure people get the right tool for whatever they are fixing at home. Lifting heavy stuff all day is hard work, but it keeps us busy. You'll usually find us here six days a week, and sometimes even on Sundays if there is a lot to do. It is a simple life but we like it.
