Aero Communications

Down at Kochar Market Road 11, you’ll find Aero Communications. It’s a busy area, so parking is usually a bit of a headache if you’re driving. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while, dealing with all sorts of communication gear and gadgets. The shelves are usually pretty full of boxes, and sometimes it looks a bit cluttered because we get shipments in and don't always have time to stack them neatly right away. We help people with their mobile plans, handsets, and sometimes just general tech questions that they can’t figure out on their own. It’s not a high-end showroom by any means. We have some stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their paperwork or for a phone to update. The light in the back of the shop flickers occasionally, but we haven't gotten around to changing the ballast yet. Most of the people who come in are locals from the market area who know us by name. We don't use any slick sales talk or try to push things people don't need. If something is out of stock, we tell you straight up and try to get it in by the following week. It’s just a regular shop where we try to keep the neighborhood connected without making things too complicated for anyone.
