Our place is right on the main road in Nishatganj. If you’re familiar with the area, we are directly opposite Karamat Market. It’s a loud, busy street, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, dealing with all kinds of technology needs. It’s mostly computers and networking gear piled up. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be sitting there at a desk, likely surrounded by half-assembled towers or laptops with their backs off. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to cooperate. Sometimes the internet goes down, or a server starts making a weird noise, and that’s when the day gets interesting. It’s just a regular local business. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the work coming in from around the city. The main road can be a headache for parking, but it’s a good location for people to find us. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. If something is broken, we just say it’s broken and tell you what it takes to fix it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. The walls are a bit bare and the floor could probably use a better scrub, but we focus on the machines more than the decor. It’s a bit messy, but it is where we work.
