Our place is located at 6/976 in Vikas Nagar. We’re right near the PNB Bank, which is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. The name Generic Solutions sounds a bit broad, and that’s because we do a bit of everything when it comes to business help. We aren't specialists in just one tiny thing; we try to provide answers for whatever problems our clients bring in. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and files. We’ve been in Vikas Nagar for a while and we like the vibe of the area. It’s mostly regular people and small business owners who stop by. We don't have a marketing team or a polished sales pitch. Usually, someone just walks in or calls us because they heard we could help them out. My staff and I keep things pretty casual. We dress comfortably and we talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes we get really busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We aren’t trying to change the world; we just want to run a decent business and help people out. It’s not always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to fix them. That’s just how we operate here near the bank, keeping things simple and honest for everyone.
