If you look for us, we’re at H. No.-445/110 in Mallahi Tola. It’s part of Vishwash Nagar over in the Thakurganj side of town. It’s a crowded neighborhood, very lively. Our office is tucked away in one of the lanes. We do info tech work, mostly stuff for small businesses or whoever needs help with their systems. The name Uniquedaute Infotech sounds a bit formal, but we’re actually quite casual. Most days I’m just wearing a t-shirt and sitting at my desk. We don’t have a big budget for marketing or fancy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth. Thakurganj has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. We deal with all sorts of tech problems. Some are easy, some take all night. We don't have a corporate manual telling us how to talk to people. We just speak normally. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, and we just take a break until it's back. It’s just how it is here. We like being in Mallahi Tola because it feels real. There’s a lot of noise from the street, vendors shouting and bikes passing by. It keeps things interesting. We’re just trying to provide a decent service without charging too much. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we don’t plan on moving. It works for us and the people we help in the city.
