Tomwor Solutions Private Limited is located at Flat No.105 in the Sai Kiran Apartment, right on Plot No.1 in Adil Nagar, Lucknow. Being in an apartment building gives our office a bit of a homey feel. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, and we like it that way. It’s more comfortable for us. We handle various solutions for our clients, mostly focused on the tech side of things. We’re a small team, and we’ve known each other for quite a while. Most of us are from around Uttar Pradesh, so we’re used to the way things work here in 226021. We don’t have big corporate slogans or goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, sit down, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. Sometimes we have meetings around the kitchen table. It’s a very direct way of working. No one is trying to act like a big boss. If there is a problem, we all just talk about it until we find a fix. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We like being part of the local community in Adil Nagar. It’s just a normal job for us, and we try to do it as honestly as we can every single day. We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we definitely work hard to find them and get things sorted.
