Tessell It Solutions Private Limited is tucked away at 25 Ramnagar Colony, right by the ancillary gate in Nadarganj, Amausi. Being in Lucknow, especially near the airport area, means we hear the planes fairly often. It’s just a normal part of our day now. Our office is a straightforward space. We didn't spend much on decorating because we mostly just need a place to sit and use our computers. There are a few of us here who handle the IT work. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. If someone has a question, they just shout it out across the room. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it feels very grounded. We have a small kettle for making tea, which gets used a lot in the winter. In the summer, we mostly just worry about the heat and keeping the hardware cool. It’s not a fancy job, but we enjoy the technical side of things and solving the little puzzles that come up with software and systems. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than finishing our work and heading home. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just how it goes here. We are just a small team doing our thing in a quiet corner of Lucknow, trying to stay busy and productive throughout the week.
