It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you’ve been here, it's easy. We operate out of a modest space that feels more like a home office than a big business center. There’s a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually start our day around 10 AM, after the worst of the morning traffic has died down. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for quite some time. We handle different infotech tasks without making a big deal out of it. There are no fancy lounges or coffee machines here, just a kettle in the corner and some plastic chairs. We find that we get more done when things are simple. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, and the neighborhood is still lively even after dark. Being in Lucknow means we take things at a decent pace. We don’t really follow those strict corporate schedules you see in Delhi or Mumbai. It’s just us doing our jobs in a part of town we know well. We usually get samosas from the shop nearby for our evening snack.
