You can find Technosoft Solutions over at No. D -1165 in Indira Nagar. It’s a residential-looking area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise building. We have computers set up on a couple of long tables, and there’s always a tangle of wires somewhere on the floor that we haven’t quite tucked away. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing away. It’s not a flashy tech startup like you see in the news. We just handle software problems and technical stuff for people who need it. Sometimes a neighbor drops by because their laptop won't start, and we take a look at it between our bigger projects. Indira Nagar is a nice place to work because it’s not too loud. We usually have some tea around mid-afternoon and talk about things other than work for a bit. Our walls are pretty bare, and we don't have any fancy mission statements printed out. We just focus on the code or the hardware in front of us. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working right. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the locals know we’re the ones to talk to for tech help. We don't mind the long hours because there is always something new to learn.
