Our office is Shop No 2 in Roop Plaza, which is right on Faizabad Road in Maruti Puram, Lucknow. We are quite close to Neal Giri, so most people don't have much trouble finding us. It’s a small shop in a busy commercial building. We deal with various technical solutions and office tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with hundreds of cubicles. It’s just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of wires. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. Lucknow is a big city but our world is mostly this stretch of Faizabad Road. We spend our days working through client requests. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep going. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just try to fix whatever problem is brought to us. Most of our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the walls have some scuffs from moving equipment around. We don't mind it much. It feels like a real workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done right. If you stop by, you'll see we are just regular folks working hard in a small space. We keep things simple and practical here.
