Swastik Customer Care Center

We’ve been here at Plot No-A-1/3 in Aliganj for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sec-H. Most days start early with the shutter going up and someone putting the kettle on. Swastik Customer Care Center isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular office where we sit and handle whatever comes through the door or over the phone. You know how it is in this part of town, traffic gets a bit much around noon, so we usually try to get the heavy work done before the lunch rush hits. The building has its quirks, like the light in the hallway that flickers if you don't hit the switch just right. People stop by asking for directions sometimes because they get lost looking for the main road. We don't mind. It's just part of being in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple here. There's a couple of desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a tray if we’re too busy to go out. We just deal with the requests as they come in, one by one. It’s not a complicated setup, just us doing what needs doing. Aliganj is a good place to be based, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare on Tuesdays. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. It is what it is, really.
