We are located at Irs Appartment 303 on Prag Narain Road here in Lucknow. It is a pretty normal office space in Sanjay Gandhi Nagar where we spend most of our days drawing up plans and talking about buildings. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get busy downstairs. We handle both architecture and interior design, but mostly we just try to figure out how to make a room work better for whoever is living there. It isn’t always easy work. There are days when the site visits take forever because of the traffic or the weather, and then we have to come back and finish sketches late into the evening. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints, half-empty coffee cups, and measuring tapes. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a handful of us working together to get the drawings right and making sure the contractors know what they are supposed to be doing. People from around the neighborhood stop by sometimes to ask about a renovation or just to see what we are working on. We like being part of this area. Prag Narain Road has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. We just focus on the practical side of building things and try to stay organized, even when the project list gets a bit long.
